Here at Wine University, we LOVE a tasty bottle of cheap wine. On a budget? Perfect - we got you covered.

If you’ve ever found yourself walking down the aisles of your local grocer or LCBO searching for a good bottle of wine, then you know how overwhelming it can be. With what sometimes seems like endless options, the hunt for the perfect bottle can take away the excitement of a wine night.

University wine should possess two characteristics: classiness and cheapness. When considering the most affordable wines, we focused on price and taste. A tasty wine with a higher price tag can easily be replaced with a more affordable wine that tastes just as good. We have included a variety of wines in our Top 10 list to help you select the best bottle of wine without breaking the bank. All wines featured are under $12 and have been carefully tested by our wine experts here at Wine University!
